When you access our website, the web server automatically stores the following data in so-called server log files:

This data is used exclusively for the technical provision of the website and is automatically deleted after 7 days. No cross-referencing with other data sources takes place.

If you sign up for our download link or our mailing list, we store your e-mail address. You will only receive the content you signed up for.

Purpose: Management of contact enquiries, lead capture and communication.

Retention period: As long as the business relationship exists or until consent is withdrawn. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

Third-country transfer: HubSpot processes data in the USA. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
