02 — Approach
First we work out what's actually going on: opening, planning, kitchen, team, numbers, sales or AI. Then we talk about tools, format and next steps. Not before.
03 — Region
I work across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium — in German, Dutch and English. The market doesn't stop at the city limits. Neither does your competition.

Before you ask
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. 30 minutes, straight. If I can help, we talk about format and fee afterwards. If I can't, I'll tell you that too — and you've lost nothing but half an hour.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually promptly — often the same or next working day. At weekends or during events it may take longer. Every message gets read — by me, not an assistant.
Will you try to sell me a tool?
No. I work without affiliate contracts, software commissions, or tool recommendations I earn from. What I earn, I earn from consulting or keynote fees — nothing else.
Can we work in English or Dutch?
Both. I've worked cross-border in DACH and Benelux for years. Write in whatever language feels most natural.
What happens to my data?
Your details are processed to handle your enquiry and managed in HubSpot. No newsletters, no marketing emails, no passing your data to third parties. Details in the privacy policy.
